持续性被动运动锻炼结合护理康复对膝部骨折术后膝关节功能的疗效研究

Effect of continuous passive exercise combined with nursing rehabilitation on knee joint function after knee fracture operation

目的:探讨膝部骨折患者术后加强康复护理及持续性被动运动锻炼的效果。方法:选取76例2017年4月-2018年9月在本院接受手术治疗的膝部骨折患者分为2组,术后给予对照组(n=38)患者常规护理,给予观察组(n=38)患者持续性被动运动锻炼+护理康复,观察患者术后膝关节功能恢复情况等。结果:干预后,相关对照组,观察组VAS评分显著更低,ROM角度显著更大(P<0.05);观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率为94.74%,显著高于对照组73.68%(P<0.05)。结论:膝部骨折患者术后加强持续性被动运动锻炼及护理康复,有助于患者膝关节功能获得更大程度改善,减轻患者疼痛。

Objective:To explore the effect of intensive rehabilitation nursing and continuous passive exercise on patients with knee fracture after operation.Methods:76 patients with knee fracture who underwent operation in our hospital from April 2017 to September 2018 were divided into two groups.The patients in the routine group(n=38)received routine nursing after operation,and the patients in the intervention group(n=38)received continuous passive exercise+nursing rehabilitation.The recovery of knee joint function was observed after operation.Results:After intervention,the VAS score of the intervention group was significantly lower and the ROM angle was significantly larger than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery in the intervention group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 73.68%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous passive exercise and nursing rehabilitation after operation were helpful to improve knee joint function and relieve pain in patients with knee fracture.
