基于“痰毒伏邪”论治2型糖尿病合并新型冠状病毒肺炎

Treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019 Combined with Type 2Diabetes Mellitus Based on“Phlegm and Toxin Accumulation”

2型糖尿病患者感染新型冠状病毒的发病率较高,且病情较普通患者危重,对于其病机和治疗尚无全面的论述。本文提出,2型糖尿病合并新冠肺炎是以脾气亏虚为本,痰毒侵袭为标的本虚标实之证,其发病过程符合伏邪的特点。治疗上当攻补兼施,以化痰排毒、祛邪扶正为基本治疗原则,以注意重视调补脾胃,攻邪与扶正双管齐下;养阴清虚热与清实热同时进行和早日恢复血糖稳态三大治疗要点。

The incidence rate of Corona Virus Disease 2019combined with type 2diabetes is high,and the condition is more serious than that in the ordinary patients.This article suggests that Corona Virus Disease 2019in type 2diabetes mellitus is a syndrome with deficiency of spleen Qi and phlegm poison invasion as the underlying symptom.The treatment should be based on the principles of eliminating phlegm,expelling toxin,removing pathogenic factors and strengthening vital energy.Attention should be paid to the regulation of spleen and stomach,the combination of attacking pathogenic factors and strengthening vital energy,the simultaneous treatment of nourishing Yin and clearing deficiency heat and clearing excess heat,and the early recovery of blood glucose homeostasis.
