摘要
高思华教授认为不孕症的病机在气在血,病位在肝,可涉及脾脏,临床多以气滞血瘀为主要病机。高思华教授治疗不孕症擅长用血府逐瘀汤,以标本同治,调理气血为诊疗思路,充分体现了高思华教授谨守病机,审时度势,随证施治的治疗思想。
Doctor GAO Sihua believes that the pathogenesis of infertility are Qi and blood,the main location is liver and of-ten related to spleen.Qi stagnation and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis in clinical practice.Doctor GAO Sihua is good at treating infertility with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,administer thoroughly,internal and external treatment and regulating Qi and blood as the thinking of diagnosis and treatment.Fully reflects Doctor GAO Sihua's treatment thought of strictly abiding by the pathogenesis,looking coolly and reviewing the situation,and treating with syndrome.
