从燥论治肺炎支原体感染的临床探讨

Discussion on Clinical Experience and Academic Thoughts of Treating Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection from Dryness

支原体肺炎是支原体感染引起的肺部急性炎症,以间质病变为主,起病缓慢、病程迁延。支原体肺炎多属祖国医学"久咳"范畴,致病因素主要包括热、燥、痰、瘀、虚,病变过程中热、燥、痰、瘀、虚互为因果,胶相互结,可引发重症肺炎。诸多名家从支原体肺炎的病因病机因素出发,整体论治、辨证加减,取得了良好的效果。本文通过总结从燥论治支原体肺炎经验,旨在为提高支原体肺炎的临床疗效提供科学的参考意见。

Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)is an acute lung inflammation caused by Mycoplasma infection,mainly on interstitial lesions.Its onset is slow and course is long.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),MP is in category of long-term cough.The pathogenic factors mainly include fever,dryness,phlegm,stasis and deficiency.In lesion process,fever,dryness,phlegm,stasis and deficiency are reciprocal causation,which are related with each other and can cause severe pneumonia.Many famous masters have started from etiology and pathogenesis factors of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia to conduct overall treatment and dialectical addition-subtraction,which has achieved good effects.In the article,experience of treating MP from dryness is summarized to provide scientific reference for improving clinical curative effect on MP.
