自拟疏肝和胃方治疗胃痞临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Self-made Shugan Hewei Recipe in the Treatment of Gastric Revelation

目的:观察自拟疏肝和胃方加减对胃痞的治疗效果。方法:将胃痞患者分为中医组和西医组,中医组以疏肝和胃方为基础,结合中医辨证给予相应治疗,西医组给予西药等方法治疗。结果:中医组有效率为72.00%,西医组有效率为62.00%。结论:中药处方治疗对胃痞病患者的疗效优于西药方案。

Objective:To observe the effect of using Self-made Shugan Hewei Recipe in the treatment of gastric ruffia.Methods:The patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was given corresponding treatment based on Shugan Hewei Recipe combined with TCM syndrome differentiation,while the western medicine group was given western medicine treatment.Results:The effective rate was 72.00%in TCM group and 62.00%in western medicine group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine prescription is more effective than western medicine.
