摘要
目的探讨全面二孩背景下,三级甲等综合性医院已育二孩护士对工作、家庭的看法及体验。方法采用质性研究方法,选取三级甲等综合性医院已育二孩的临床护士共10名为访谈对象,应用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析资料。结果三级甲等综合性医院已育二孩护士更容易感受到工作与家庭冲突的体验,包括3大主题:促进与冲突共存、工作及家庭对个人角色需求增加、自身调整与外部支持。结论医院管理者应提升护士职业获益感;了解护士生育意愿,合理引导其生育时间,减少二孩带来的家庭内部压力;提高外部支持水平,稳定护理队伍发展。
Objective To explore the views and experiences about work and family of the nurses with two children from the tertiary hospitals under the“two child”policy.Methods Qualitative research was con-ducted.A total of 10 nurses with two children working in a tertiary hospital were interviewed.The data were analyzed by the method of Colaizzi phenomenology.Results The nurses who have two children in the general hospital experienced the conflict between work and family,including three themes:promoting the coexistence of conflict,increasing the demand of work and family for personal roles,self adjustment and external support,Conclusions Hospital managers should improve perceived professional benefits of nur-ses,and understand the nurse's fertility intention,guide the birth time reasonably,reduce the internal pres-sure of the family brought by the second child,improve the level of external support,and stabilize the de-velopment of the nursing team.
