摘要 [目的]制备10%三氟苯嘧啶·氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂。[方法]采用湿法研磨制备工艺,通过粒径、分散度、黏度、冷贮和热贮稳定性等指标的测试,对其配方中的湿润分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂进行了筛选。[结果]三氟苯嘧啶3%,氟啶虫胺腈7%,有机硅1%,农乳700#6%,木质素磺酸钠0.2%,分散剂(SC)4%,宁乳34#3%,黄原胶0.2%,丙三醇4%,水补足至100%,可制得合格的10%三氟苯嘧啶·氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂。[结论]该制剂的共毒系数174.73,表现为明显增效作用,田间防治飞虱效果明显。各项指标均符合悬浮剂的要求。 [Aims]The aim was to develop triflumezopyrim·sulfoxaflor 10%SC.[Methods]Triflumezopyrim·sulfoxaflor 10%SC was prepared by wet grinding technology.The particle size,dispersion,viscosity,cold storage and heat storage stability were tested and the wet dispersant,thickener and antifreeze in the formulation were screened.[Re s ults]The best formulation was triflumezopyrim 3%,sulfoxaflor 7%,silicone 1%,pesticide emulsifier 700#6%,sodium ligninsulfonate 0.2%,dispersant 4%,emulsifier 34#3%,xanthan gum 0.2%,glycerol 4%,water add up to 100%.[Conclus ions]The co-toxicity coefficient of the preparation was 174.73,which showed a significant synergistic effect,and the field control effect was obvious.The test indexes conformed to the requirements of suspension concentrate.
