摘要
[目的]建立一种利用HPLC测定10%异噁唑虫酰胺可分散液剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18反相色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水(体积比65∶35)作为流动相,检测波长为264 nm条件下测定待测试样中异噁唑虫酰胺的含量。[结果]异噁唑虫酰胺的线性相关系数(R2)为0.9999,标准偏差为0.0152,变异系数为0.155%,平均回收率为99.70%。[结论]该分析方法有良好的线性相关性和操作简便、精密度好、准确度高等特点,可用于异噁唑虫酰胺可分散液剂定性和定量分析。
[Aims]This study aims to establish an analytical method for determination of active ingredients in isocycloseram 10%DC(dispersible concentrate)by HPLC.[Methods]The content of isocycloseram in the test sample was measured with Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 reversed-phase chromatography column by using acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid water(65:35,by vol)as flow phase at a detection wavelength of 264 nm.[Results]The linear correlation coefficient(R2)of isocycloseram was 0.9999,the standard deviation was 0.0152,the coefficient of variation was 0.155%,and the average recovery was 99.70%.[Conclusions]The analytical method has good linear correlation,simple operation,good precision,and high accuracy.It can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of isocycloseram DC.
