摘要
[目的]为探索虾稻共作田用药安全技术。[方法]在江苏兴化开展了3种不同药剂组合,第1组合:75%肟菌·戊唑醇WG+35%氯虫苯甲酰胺WG+30%肟菌·戊唑醇SC;第2组合:10%四氯虫酰胺SC+25%烯肟·三环唑SC+12.5%氟环唑SC;第3组合:16%井冈·噻呋SC+6%春雷霉素AS+28%井冈霉素A SG+20%井冈·200亿cfu/g枯芽菌WP等。以上药剂组合进行虾稻田用药安全及防效对比试验。[结果]第1、2组合对稻纵卷叶螟保叶效果分别达84.67%、90.54%;第1、2、3组合对稻瘟病病指防效分别达82.63%、92.75%、88.27%;对稻曲病病指防效分别达100.00%、96.30%、94.81%。在施药前1天排水、促使龙虾迁移边沟后施药,在网箱和地笼调查,药剂对龙虾安全。[结论]结合专业机构测定相关药剂对龙虾毒性,处理中采用的相关药剂对龙虾均为低毒。一般年份,在稻虾共作田块可以因地制宜选用相关药剂及组合。
[Aims]This study aims to explore the safe medication technology in field of rice and shrimp co cropping.[Methods]A comparative studyon the safetyand control effect of three different combinations of prawn in paddyfield was carried out in Xinghua,Jiangsu Province(the first combination:oximex·tebuconazole 75%WG+chloridiobenzamide35%WG+oximex·tebuconazole 30%SC;the second combination:tetrachloroamide 10%SC+olefinoxime·tricyclazole 25%SC+epoxiconazole 12.5%SC;the third combination:jinggang·thiafuran 28%SC+chunleimycin6%AS+jinggangmycin A 28%SG+jinggang·20 billion cfu/gram of kugella 20%WP,etc).[Results]The results showed that the effect of the first and second combinations on leaf preservation of rice leaf roller was 84.67 and 90.54%respectively;the effect of the first,second and third combinations for control of rice blast was 82.63,92.75 and 88.27%respectively;the effect for controlling rice blast was 100.00,96.30 and 94.81%respectively.The chemicals were applied after the lobster was moved to the side ditch at the day before the chemicals were applied.The investigation in the cage and the cage showed that the chemicals were safe for the lobster.[Conclusions]The toxicity of related chemicals to lobster was determined by combining with professional institutions,and the chemicals used in the treatment were all low toxic to lobster.In general years,relevant chemicals and combinations can be selected according to local conditions in rice shrimp co cropping fields.
