摘要
针对260m^2烧结机单辊破碎系统存在的问题,进行了优化改进。改进后设备使用寿命延长、作业率提高,故障率由4.3‰降到0.017‰。
Aiming at the problems existing in the single roll crushing system of 260 m2 sintering machine,the optimization and improvement were carried out.After the improvement,the service lifetime of the equipment is prolonged and the operation rate is increased,and the failure rate is reduced from 4.3‰ to 0.017‰.
