协同护理模式在颅内肿瘤手术患者主要照顾者中的应用

The application of synergetic nursing model in the main caregivers of patients undergoing intracranial tumor surgery

目的探讨协同护理模式在颅内肿瘤手术患者主要照顾者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月在漳州正兴医院行颅内肿瘤手术患者的主要照顾者83例为研究对象(每位患者选取一位主要照顾者),随机分为对照组41例和观察组42例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理基础上给予协同护理模式。比较两组主要照顾者干预前后的照顾负担、心理状况及满意度。结果观察组主要照顾者干预后的时间依赖性负担、身体负担、社交负担及情感性负担评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组主要照顾者干预后的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组主要照顾者干预后的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式应用于颅内肿瘤手术患者主要照顾者中,能有效降低其照顾负担,缓解其负性情绪,并提升其满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of cooperative nursing mode in main caregivers of patients undergoing intracranial tumor surgery.Methods A total of 83 primary caregivers of patients undergoing intracranial tumor surgery in the hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as study subjects(one primary caregiver for each patient),and were randomly divided into control group(41 patients)and observation group(42 patients).The control group was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group was given collaborative nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The care burden,psychological status and satisfaction of the two groups of primary caregivers before and after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of time-dependent burden,physical burden,social burden and emotional burden of the main caregivers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the main caregivers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the satisfaction of primary caregivers in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of cooperative nursing model in the main caregivers of patients undergoing intracranial tumor surgery can effectively reduce the burden of care,relieve their negative emotions,and improve their satisfaction.
