炼锌置换渣提锗试验 被引量:6

Experiment on Germanium Extraction from Replacement Slag of Zinc Smelting

摘要 以某冶炼厂的湿法置换渣为原料,采用浸出—萃取—反萃—煅烧的工艺提取锗,考察了萃取与反萃取影响因素对提锗效果的影响。结果表明,在以N235为萃取剂,相比O/A=0.5,酒石酸与锗的摩尔比为5,萃取体系pH=2.5,萃取温度25℃,以及反萃剂NaOH浓度2.5 mol/L,相比A/O=0.5,反萃温度30℃,反萃时间15 min的条件下,锗的萃取率与反萃率均大于98%;用硫酸调节反萃液pH为9,使Ge完全水解后,经过滤、洗涤,高温煅烧得到Ge含量为18.26%的Ge精矿。 Germanium was extracted from zinc hydrometallurgy displacement slag by leaching,extraction,stripping and calcinating.Effects of extraction and stripping conditions on extraction of germanium were investigated.The results show that both extraction rate and stripping rate of germanium are 98%above under the conditions including N235 as extractant,O/A=0.5,molar ratio of tartaric acid to germanium of 5,pH value of extraction system of 2.5,extraction temperature of 25℃,and concentration of stripping agent NaOH of 2.5 mol/L,A/O=0.5,stripping temperature of 30℃,and stripping time of 15 minutes.After complete hydrolysis of Ge by adjusting pH value of stripping solution of 9 with sulfuric acid,Ge concentrate with Ge grade of 18.26%is obtained by filtration,washing and calcination at high temperature.
