摘要
从柔性纤维、纱线、织物作为传感部件的角度,系统探讨了基于纺织材料的应力/应变传感器的设计方法、性能及应用。从拉伸性能、疲劳寿命和变形过程中电阻的相对变化等方面对其进行了评价,比较了传感器的灵敏系数、应变范围及稳定性等的优缺点。介绍了纺织材料基柔性传感器在人体运动、生命健康监测等领域的研究现状和发展趋势。认为未来开发具有高应变范围、灵敏性及稳定性的纺织力学传感器将是一个重要发展方向,并提出可以通过结构优化、使用新材料等方法来实现的建议。
The design method,performance and application of textile base pressure/strain sensor are systematically discussed from the angle system of flexible fiber-yarn-fabric as a sensing component.The tensile properties,fatigue life,and relative changes in electrical resistance during deformation are evaluated.The advantages and defects of the sensitivity coefficient,strain range and stability of these sensors are compared.The current situation and development trend of textile-based flexible sensor in human body motion,life health monitoring and other fields are introduced.It is believed that the future development of textile-based mechanics sensors with high strain range,sensitivity and stability will be an important development direction,and it is proposed that it can be implemented by means of structural optimization and the use of new materials.
