摘要
随着工艺的发展,丙酸酯化淀粉逐渐替代醋酸酯化淀粉成为主流的浆料,但目前关于其制备工艺的研究较少。以丙酸乙烯酯为酯化剂,对丙酸酯化淀粉的制备工艺进行研究,研究了含水量、丙酸乙烯酯用量、温度、时间以及pH等因素对取代度的影响。在单因素试验基础上进行正交试验优化,确定了最佳反应条件为:淀粉添加量20 g,淀粉质量分数30%,丙酸乙烯酯质量3 g,温度40℃,反应时间80 min,pH=8.0。在该条件下,丙酸酯化淀粉的取代度可达0.043,基本可以满足纺织行业用淀粉浆料的要求。
With the development of technology,propionate starch gradually replaces acetate starch and becomes the mainstream starch.At present,there are few reports on its preparation technology.The vinyl propionate iss used as esterifying agent to prepare propionate starch.The effects of water content,amount of vinyl propionate,temperature,time,pH value and other factors on the degree of substitution are studied.Based on single factor experiment,the process conditions are optimized by orthogonal experiments.Thus,the optimum technological parameters are obtained:starch content 20 g,starch concentration 30%,amount of vinyl propionate 3.0 g,temperature 40℃,time 80 min,and pH value 8.0.Under the optimum conditions,the degree of substitution of propionic acid esterified starch could reach 0.043,which could basically meet the requirements of starch for textile industry.
