摘要
为解决蕲艾挥发油挥发性强、利用率低等问题,提高蕲艾挥发油的经济价值,采用界面聚合法制备蕲艾挥发油微胶囊,通过浸扎法将其整理到中空橘瓣型纺粘水刺非织造布中制备复合非织造布。研究了乳化时间、反应pH、蕲艾挥发油与微胶囊空壳的质量比对微胶囊制备工艺的影响。采用扫描电镜、热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用仪等对蕲艾挥发油微胶囊性能进行表征。结果表明:蕲艾挥发油微胶囊制备的最佳乳化时间为20 min,最佳反应pH为2,蕲艾挥发油与微胶囊空壳的最佳质量比为6∶1;制备所得蕲艾挥发油微胶囊平均粒径为4.5μm,表面光滑,粒径均匀;在300℃以下热稳定性较好,含油率为85.71%。采用浸轧法整理的复合非织造布对所测菌种的抑制率超过96%。
In order to solve the problems of high volatility and low utilization rate of volatile oil from Argy wormwood in Qichun and to improve the economic value of volatile oil from Argy wormwood in Qichun,microcapsules of volatile oil from Argy wormwood in Qichun are prepared by interfacial polymerization.Composite nonwovens are prepared from orange petal spunbonded spunlace nonwovens by immersion method.The effects of emulsification time,reaction pH value,the mass ratio of volatile oil of Argy wormwood in Qichun to the shell of microcapsule on the preparation process of microcapsule are studied.The microcapsules of volatile oil from Argy wormwood in Qichun are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results show that the optimum emulsification time is 20 minutes,the optimum reaction pH is 2,and the optimum mass ratio of volatile oil and microcapsule shell is 6∶1.The average particle size of the microcapsules is 4.5 micron,the surface is smooth and the particle size is uniform.The thermal stability of the microcapsules is better below 300℃.The oil content is 85.71%.The inhibiting rate of composite nonwovens treated by immersion method is over 96%.
