帕金森疾病与Wnt/β-catenin信号通路及氧化应激作用的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是影响全球老年人的第二大常见进行性的神经系统退行性疾病,预计随着全球老龄化的发展,其患病率会不断增加[1]。其发病原因是由于中脑黑质中多巴胺能神经元的病理生理性改变或Lewy小体的丧失,进而导致纹状体中多巴胺神经递质含量的下降,a-突触核蛋白(a-synuclein)在脑中的聚集[2]。
