摘要
研究旨在探讨初中足球运动员在训练与比赛中受到的精神受挫,并对这些问题进行深入探讨。以311名初中足球运动员为研究对象,运用验证性因子分析,对球员应激因素分析所得出的结论如下:(1)初中足球运动员应激的主要原因是当教练员与队友认为这是由他们自己的错误而导致输掉比赛时,造成了更高的精神压力。(2)在比赛中没有表现出自己真实水平的球员,表现出了较高的应激反应。(3)由于不被周围的人认可且未来没有保障,表现出了对未来较高的担忧与困惑。(4)在训练中因与队友产生的矛盾会使初中足球运动员感到异常的压力,并且当教练员对待球员不平等且歧视球员时运动员的应激程度明显高涨。
The purpose of this study is to explore the mental frustration of junior high school football players in training and competition,and to explore these issues in depth.Taking 311 junior high school football players as junior high school students,the conclusions from the analysis of player stress factors are as follows:First,the main reason for the stress of junior high school football players is that coaches and teammates think this is their own mistake.This resulted in higher mental stress when losing the game.Second,players who did not show their true level in the game showed a higher stress response.Third,because it is not recognized by the people around it and there is no guarantee in the future,it shows high concern and confusion about the future.Fourth,the contradiction between teammates and the teammates in the training will make the junior high school football players feel abnormal pressure,and the degree of stress is obviously high when the coaches treat the players inequality and discrimination.
