我国毽球运动基本状况与发展路径研究

Research on the Basic Situation and Development of Shuttlecock in China

运用文献资料、数理统计和专家访谈等研究方法,剖析阻碍中国毽球发展根源,构建毽球运动发展路径。主要结论:毽球运动具有极高的历史、健身和文化价值,是提高“文化自信”和实施“走出去”战略的一张体育文化名片;毽球高水平运动员考学受阻,人才流失严重;毽球运动处于边缘化位置。建议:在“管办分离”背景下,构建毽球运动“多中心治理”模式;整合专家意见,助力完善毽球段位制;以“一带一路”倡议为主线,依托毽球,打造具有中国特色的体育文化名片;充分利用华人华侨、孔子学院和孔子课堂,以点带面渗透毽球文化。

With the methods of literature, mathematical statistics and expert interviews, this paper analyses the causes of hindering the development of shuttlecock in China and constructs the development path of shuttlecock. The main conclusions are as follows: Shuttlecock sport has higher historical, fitness and cultural value and it is a sports cultural card to enhance "cultural confidence" and implement "going out" initiative;High-level shuttlecock athletes are blocked in their entrance examination and the brain drain is serious;Shuttlecock sport is in a marginalized position. Suggestions: Under the background of "separation of management and operation", we should build a "multicenter governance" mode of shuttlecock sports, integrate expert advice to help to improve the shuttlecock system, take the initiative of "the Belt and Road" as the main line, rely on shuttlecock to create a sports culture card with Chinese characteristics, make full use of overseas Chinese, Confucius institutes and Confucius classrooms to infiltrate shuttlecock culture.
