探索中国高校教学工作向人才培养的本质回归

摘要 采用文献资料法,针对大学体育教学的困境,探索大学体育教学长效化的路径。认为大学体育教学的长效化没有捷径。它的长效路径必须立足于对人才培养这一根本职能的坚守,在此基础上,无论是教学质量评估、教学监督、教学团队建设、教学模式融合,还是教学质量保障机制,都需要一个“先激活再约束”的路径,考验的是作为教育家的校长,作为教书匠的体育教师,作为服务者的学生管理人员的热情、潜能、智慧与使命担当。 This paper uses the literature method to explore the long-term path of college physical education teaching in view of the predicament of college physical education.There is no shortcut to the long-term effectiveness of college physical education.Its long-term path must be based on the fundamental function of personnel training.On this basis,whether it is teaching quality assessment,teaching supervision,teaching team building,teaching mode integration,or teaching quality assurance mechanism,all need a"The path of activating and re-binding first tests the enthusiasm,potential,wisdom and mission of the school administrator as the educator,the physical education teacher as the teacher,and the student management staff as the service provider.
