构建高校公共体育育人体系提升大学生身心素质——基于大学生核心素质理论的视角

Constructing the Public Sports Education System to Improve the Physical and Mental Quality of College Students——Based on the Perspective of College Students’Core Quality Model

身心素质和能力素质是大学生其他一切素质的基石,在大学生全面发展的六大核心素质中处于基础地位,全面提升身心素质,特别是身体素质是促进人的全面发展的必然要求。当前,大学生总体身体素质处于不断下滑的趋势,原因主要在于大学生健身意识淡薄,高校体育课程设置不尽合理,高校体育设施投资不足等。经过深入调研和系统研究,本文认为,加强高校公共体育建设育人体系建设是提升当前大学生身体素质的重要措施之一,并提出了通过加强教师团队建设,加强课程内容建设,完善组织活动方式,优化竞技体育赛事,强化体育社团建设等五项措施构建高校公共体育育人体系。

Physical and mental quality and ability quality are the cornerstone of all other qualities of college students.They are in the basic position among the six core qualities of all-round development of college students.Improving physical and mental quality in an all-round way,especially physical quality,is an inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of human beings.At present,the overall physical quality of college students is in a declining trend,mainly due to the weak fitness awareness of college students,the unreasonable physical education curriculum,the lack of investment in physical education facilities and so on.After in-depth investigation and systematic research,this paper holds that strengthening the construction of the education system of public sports in Colleges and universities is one of the important measures to improve the physical quality of college students,and puts forward five measures to build public sports in Colleges and universities,including strengthening the construction of teachers'team,strengthening the construction of curriculum content,improving the organization and activity mode,optimizing competitive sports events,and strengthening the construction of sports education system.
