摘要
为了解决传统酸化淀粉制备过程中产生大量难以处理的酸性废水问题,选用玉米淀粉作为原料,以[氯化胆碱][丙二酸]低共熔溶剂作为酸解介质和酸解剂,成功制备了酸化淀粉.使用傅里叶红外光谱法、差示扫描量热法、X射线衍射法和扫描电镜分别表征了原淀粉与产品酸化淀粉的化学结构与官能团、熔解温度、结晶结构与结晶度和颗粒微观形貌.分别考查了酸解时间与温度对酸化淀粉性质的影响.研究表明,随着酸解温度的升高和酸解时间的延长,酸化淀粉的熔解温度和结晶度先增大后减小.但在本研究范围内化学结构、官能团以及结晶结构变化不大.使用低共熔溶剂替代传统的水溶剂,可以将难处理的酸性废水转化为中性废水,有助于实现酸解淀粉制备工艺过程的绿色化.
To solve the problem of great amount of acidic waste water generated from the traditional acidified starch preparation,the acidified starch was successfully fabricated with corn starch as raw material and deep eutectic solvent of[ChCl][malonic acid]as reaction media and acidolysis agent.The FTIR,DSC,XRD,and SEM were used to characterize the chemical structure and functional group,melting temperature,crystalline structure and degree of crystallinity,and morphology of the starch microparticles of the acidified starch,respectively.The effects of acidolysis time and temperature on properties of the acidified starch were investigated.The results showed that the melting temperature and degree of crystallinity of the acidified starch displayed a pattern of"increase-decrease".In the range studied,the chemical structure,functional group,and crystalline structure of the starch were almost the same.The replacement of traditional solvent water with deep eutectic solvent transferred the acidic waste water into neutral waste water,which helped to realize the green preparing route of acidified starch.
