煤制乙二醇加氢催化剂稳定运行研究 被引量:2

摘要 乙二醇是一种重要的化工原料,广泛应用于聚酯纤维等重要化工产品的生产,近年来煤基合成乙二醇技术受到各科研院所及化工企业的高度重视,并相继开展相关研究及工业化装置投产运行.根据国内多套煤基合成乙二醇工业装置运行情况分析,该工艺仍然存在一些技术难题,其中草酸酯加氢制乙二醇催化剂的稳定性一直是一个技术瓶颈,目前国内几大技术联合体把精力集中在草酸酯加氢工艺路线的改进研究上.主要针对如何提升草酸酯加氢催化剂的活性、寿命等进行了深入研究,并提出了解决的思路和方案. Ethylene glycol is an important chemical raw material.It is widely used in the production of important chemical products such as polyester fiber.In recent years,the technology of coal based ethylene glycol has been highly valued by various scientific research institutes and chemical enterprises,and the related research and the operation of industrial equipment have been carried out one after another.According to the analysis of the operation of a number of domestic coal based ethylene glycol industrial units,there are still some technical problems in this process.The stability of oxalate hydrogenation to ethylene glycol has always been a technical bottleneck.At present,several domestic technical consortium concentrate on the improvement of oxalate hydrogenation process.This paper mainly studies how to improve the activity and life of oxalate hydrogenation catalyst,and puts forward some ideas and solutions.
