有机硅废水深度处理工程设计及运行

摘要 介绍了江西某有机硅生产企业新污水站深度处理工程的设计及运行情况,该工程采用过滤处理与HPOD系统联合工艺对高含盐有机硅废水进行深度处理.近两年的工程运行结果表明,系统出水水质稳定,COD去除值满足合同要求;同时也验证了HPOD系统对高含盐有机硅废水处理的高效稳定性. This paper introduces the design and operation of the advanced treatment project of the new sewage station of a silicone production enterprise in Jiangxi Province,which adopts the combined process of filtration treatment and HPOD system to carry out the advanced treatment of high salt organosilicon wastewater.The project operation results in the past two years show that the effluent water quality of the system is stable and the COD removal value meets the requirements of the contract.Meanwhile,it also verifies the high efficiency and stability of HPOD system for the treatment of high salt organosilicon wastewater.
