摘要
用DMA-80测汞仪采用催化热解—冷原子吸收法(HJ 923-2017)对土壤中的总汞进行测定.结果表明,当取样量为0.1 g时,方法检出限为0.05μg/kg,有证土壤标准物质6次平行测定结果的RSD为5.55%,且高、低浓度有证土壤标准物质的测定结果均在保证值的不确定度范围内,方法的检出限、准确度和精确度均符合分析要求.此法省去了传统的手工消解过程,固体直接进样,分析时间短,操作过程简便,方法准确可靠,适合于环境监测工作中大批量土壤样品的总汞分析.
Total mercury was determined by DMA-80 mercury analyzer with catalytic thermal decomposition-cold atomic absorption spectrometry(HJ 923-2017)in soil.The results showed that the detection limit was 0.05μg/kg with 0.1 g sampling amount.The RSD of parallel samples(n=6)was 5.55%,and the results of high and low level standard soil samples were within the uncertainty of the guaranteed values.The detection limit,the accuracy and the precision satisfied the requirement of analysis.Traditional manual decomposition process has been eliminated in this method.Directly analyze with solid sampling,the analysis time is short,and the operation process is simple.The results are accurate and reliable.It can be applied to the monitoring of total mercury in large quantities of soil samples in environmental monitoring work.
