CDK4与PD-L1在结直肠癌组织中的表达及相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨结直肠腺癌及癌旁组织中CDK4和PD-L1蛋白的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法应用组织芯片及免疫组化MaxVision二步法检测结直肠腺癌及癌旁组织中CDK4和PD-L1蛋白的表达情况。结果结直肠腺癌组织中CDK4和PD-LI蛋白表达率分别为43.47%(50/115).33.04%(38/115),显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。病理类型含黏液、淋巴结转移组CDK4阳性表达率高于不含黏液组、淋巴结未转移组(P<0.05);癌组织分化程度低的患者PD-L1阳性表达率高于分化程度高的病例(P<0.05)。结直肠腺癌组织中CDK4和PD-L1蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.204,P<0.05)。结论在结直肠腺癌组织中,CDK4的表达与PD-LI呈正相关,且CDK4的表达与组织类型,淋巴结转移有关,PD-L1的表达与分化程度呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the expression,correlation and significance of CDK4 and PD-L1 proteins in colorectal adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues.Methods The expression of CDK4 and PD-L1 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues was detected by tissue chip technology and immunohistochemistry Max Vision two-step method.Results The expression rates of CDK4 and PD-L1 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were 43.47%(50/115)and 33.04%(38/115),which were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).The pathological type of CDK4 positive expression rate in the group with mucus and lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the group without mucus and lymph node non-metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of PD-L1 in patients with low differentiation was higher than that in patients with high differentiation(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between CDK4 and PD-L1 protein expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma(rs=0.204,P<0.05).Conclusion In colorectal adenocarcinoma,the expression of CDK4 is positively correlated with PD-L1,and the expression of CDK4 is correlated with tissue type and lymph node metastasis,while the expression of PD-L1 is negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation.
