某运动皮鞋生产项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:1

Evaluation on the control effect of occupational disease hazards in a sports shoes production project

摘要 目的对某运动皮鞋生产项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,寻找制鞋业职业病危害关键控制点。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业卫生检测、检查表法、职业健康检查等定性定量相结合方法,进行职业病危害的定性和定量评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素主要为噪声、高温、紫外线、粉尘和化学毒物等。粉尘包括矽尘、煤尘和其他粉尘。化学毒物主要包括环己烷、丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、1,6-亚己基二异氰酸酯、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、1,2-二氯乙烷、正己烷、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、1,3-丁二烯等。其中,岗位噪声8 h等效连续A声级检测结果为71.1~99.2 dB(A),超标率为41%(43/105);岗位高温检测结果为29.1~30.8℃;紫外辐照度检测结果UVC和UVB分别为未检出~2μW/cm2和未检出~6μW/cm2,超标率为59%(10/17);粉尘检测结果CTWA为0.24~30.3 mg/m3,超标率为21%(7/33)。其中:①矽尘检测结果CTWA为1.26~1.57 mg/m3,超标率为100%(3/3);②煤尘检测结果CTWA为1.0~1.12 mg/m3,超标率为13%(4/30);煤尘检测结果CTWA为1.0~1.12 mg/m3。检测的化学毒物78个岗位中,擦拭处理剂岗位丁酮和配胶房乙酸乙酯检测结果CTWA超过职业接触限值,分别为302和378 mg/m3;其他检测结果均低于职业接触限值要求。该建设项目的总平面布局、辅助用室、职业病防护设施(整改后)、职业健康监护、职业卫生管理等情况基本符合国家有关规定。结论该建设项目在进行个体防护后职业病危害控制效果基本可行。 Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational disease hazard control on a production project of sports shoe and to find the key control points for occupational disease hazards in shoemaking industry.Methods To evaluate the effect of occupational hazards, combining on-site occupational hygiene survey,occupational health test,checklist method,occupational health check and other qualitative or quantitative methods were applied.Results The occupational disease hazards in this project were mainly noise,high temperature,ultraviolet light,dust and chemical poisons.Dust includes silicious dust,coal dust and other dust.Chemical poisons mainly included cyclohexane,acetone,methyl ethyl ketone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,1,6-hexylene diisocyanate,benzene,toluene,xylene,1,2-dichloroethane,n-hexane,propylene,nitrile,styrene,1,3-butadiene,etc.Among them,the post-noise 8 h equivalent continuous A sound level detection result was 71.1-99.2 dB(A),the over-standard rate was 41%(43/105);the post high-temperature detection result was 29.1-30.8℃;the ultraviolet irradiance detection result UVC And UVB were undetected 2 and 6μW/cm2,the over-standard rate was 59%(10/17);in the dust,the test result of silicious dust CTWA was 1.26-1.57 mg/m3,and the over-standard rate was 100%(3/3).the test result CTWA was 0.24-30.3 mg/m3,the over-standard rate was 13%(4/30),the coal dust detection result CTWA was 1.0-1.12 mg/m3;Among the 78 chemical poisons tested,the result CTWA of the rubbing treatment station methyl ethyl ketone and the compounding room exceeded the occupational exposure limit,was 302 and 378 mg/m3 respectively,other test results were lower than occupational exposure limit requirements. The general layout,auxiliary room,occupational disease protection facilities(after rectification),occupational health surveillance,occupational health management.etc of this construction project basically conform to relevant state regulations.Conclusion The effect of controlling occupational hazards after personal protection of this construction project is basically feasible.
