摘要
津西钢铁含铁物料中Al2O3含量高,烧结生产需配加MgO来平衡MgO/Al2O3,但过高的MgO含量对烧结矿的物理性能及冶金性能不利。采用烧结杯实验,研究了MgO含量对烧结矿物理性能及冶金性能的影响。结果表明,随着MgO含量的增加,烧结速度加快,固燃单耗增加,生石灰单耗降低;烧结矿转鼓指数和成品率均有一定下降,转鼓指数在MgO含量为2.1%~2.3%时达到最优;烧结矿低温还原粉化性能有所改善,但还原性能稍有变差,荷重软化性能基本不变。
The content of Al2O3 in Fe-containing material of Jinxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is high,so MgO should be added to balance MgO/Al2O3 in sintering production,but too high MgO content is unfavorable to the physical and metallurgical properties of sinter.The effect of MgO content on the physical and metallurgical properties of sinter was studied by sintering cup experiment.The results show that with the increasing of MgO content,the sintering speed increases,the solid fuel consumption increases,and the unit consumption of quicklime decreases;the drum index and yield of sinter decrease to some extent,and the drum index reaches the optimal value when the MgO content is 2.1%~2.3%;the low-temperature reduction pulverization performance of sinter is improved,but the reduction performance is slightly worse,and the load softening property is basically unchanged.
