摘要
700L系列汽车用大梁钢的组织性能的稳定直接影响产品的成型性能、安全性能等。针对河钢唐钢不锈钢700L系列大梁钢机械性能波动大、冲击韧性、扩孔率偶有不合格的情况,通过合金成分优化,加热温度、终轧温度、层冷温度及冷却制度等工艺的改进,大大提高了钢的冲击韧性及扩孔率,保证其机械性能波动在80 MPa以内,产品合格率提升至100%,满足了下游用户的使用要求。
The stability of microstructure and properties of 700L series automobile girder steel directly affects the formability and safety performance of products.In view of the large fluctuation of mechanical properties,occasionally unqualified impact toughness and hole enlargement rate of 700L beam steel in HBIS Tangshan stainless steel,by optimizing alloy composition,heating temperature,finishing rolling temperature,layer cooling temperature and cooling system,the impact toughness and hole enlargement rate are greatly improved and the mechanical property fluctuation is within 80 MPa,and the product qualification rate is increased to 100%,which meets the requirement of downstream users.
