HPV、HSVⅡ、ICAM-1在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用及相互关系分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)、疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-Ⅱ)及细胞间黏附分子-1(ICMA-1)在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用,并就上述3种物质间的关联进行分析。方法选择197例研究对象,按照其病理学检测结果将其分为晚期宫颈癌组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期,51例)、早期宫颈癌组(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,40例)、良性病变组(46例)、健康对照组(60例),应用PCR技术检测4组研究对象HPV-DNA、HSV2-DNA、ICMA-1mRNA水平并进行组间对比,对宫颈癌患者实施治疗,并对比治疗前后两组宫颈癌患者上述4个指标变化。结果对比显示,4组中HPV-DNA、HSV2-DNA、ICMA-1mRNA水平晚期宫颈癌组最高,其次为早期宫颈癌组,而后是良性病变组,健康对照组最低,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比发现,治疗后晚期宫颈癌组及早期宫颈癌组HPV-DNA、HSV2-DNA、ICMA-1mRNA水平均出现下降,对比治疗前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析发现,HPV、HSVⅡ、ICAM-1之间呈现正相关联系(P<0.05)。结论HPV及HSVⅡ感染会增加宫颈癌发生几率,ICAM-1过表达态可用于宫颈癌诊断,HPV、HSVⅡ、ICAM-1呈现正相关联系。 Objective To explore the role of human papillomavirus(HPV),herpes virus type II(HSV-Ⅱ)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICMA-1)in the development of cervical cancer,and analyze the correlation between the above three substances.Methods 197 subjects were selected and divided into advanced cervical cancer group(stageⅢ~Ⅳ,51 cases),early cervical cancer group(stageⅠ~Ⅱ,40 cases),and benign lesion group(46 cases)and healthy control group(60 cases)according to their pathological test results.The levels of HPV-DNA,HSV2-DNA and ICMA-1 in the 4 groups were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and compared with each other.The patients with cervical cancer were treated,and the changes of the above four indicators in 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The comparison showed that the levels of HPV-DNA,HSV2-DNA and ICMA-1 in the 4 groups were advanced cervix.The cancer group was the highest,followed by the early cervical cancer group,followed by the benign lesion group,and the healthy control group was the lowest,with significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HPV-DNA,HSV2-DNA,ICMA-1 mRNA in the late cervical cancer group and the early cervical cancer group all decreased,with significant difference before treatment.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Correlation analysis found that HPV,HSVⅡ,ICAM-1 showed a positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV and HSVⅡinfection increased the incidence of cervical cancer,ICAM-1 overexpression can be used for the diagnosis of cervical cancer,HPV,HSVⅡ,ICAM-1 showed a positive correlation.
