基于复合电源的防爆无轨胶轮车技术研究

摘要 针对目前煤矿用锂电池防爆胶轮车存在的续航里程短、故障频繁等问题,本文采用复合电源替代了传统的锂电池作为防爆胶轮车的动力源,通过对两种电源结构组成的分析,在此基础上进行了仿真分析和实验研究。结果表明,采用复合电源的防爆胶轮车的动力性得到大幅度的提升,加速时间略微降低,仿真值和实验值基本吻合,对煤矿防爆胶轮车动力电源的进一步研究有着非常重大的意义。 In view of the problems of short endurance and frequent failures of the current lithium battery explosion-proof rubber tyred cars used in coal mines,this paper adopts the composite power supply instead of the traditional lithium battery as the power source of the explosion-proof rubber tyred car.Based on the analysis of the structure of the two power supplies,the simulation analysis and experimental research are carried out.The results show that the power performance of the explosionproof rubber tyred car using the composite power supply is notably increased,the acceleration time is slightly reduced,and the simulation value is basically consistent with the experimental value.It is of great significance to further study the power supply of the explosion-proof rubber tyred car in coal mine.
