摘要
对不同吸液饱和度的6-DZF-20电池进行了初期性能和循环寿命对比。结果表明,不同吸液饱和度对电池初期性能没有影响,但饱和度区间在92.2%~94.5%时循环寿命最佳,并且循环前期的“深V”现象得到有效抑制。不同的抽酸工艺对电池吸液饱和度会有所影响。文中也给出了抽酸工艺合理性判断方法。
In this paper,by comparing the initial performance and cycle life of 6-DZF-20 batteries with different plate group electrolyte saturation,the results show that that different saturation has no effect on the initial performance of batteries.The cycle life of 6-DZF-20 battery is the best when the plate group electrolyte saturation range is 92.2%~94.5%,and the phenomenon of"deep V"in the early period of cycle is effectively suppressed.Different acid extraction processes have some influences on the plate group electrolyte saturation.This paper also gives a reasonable judgment method of acid extraction process.
