摘要
通过借鉴国内外的工艺技术,结合国内动力用铅酸电池的实际情况,通过在铅酸蓄电池中添加阻化剂香兰素,改善负极析氢,减少电池失水。通过两种方式添加香兰素并与无添加阻化剂电池的测试对比,添加香兰素电池在充电失水方面优于同类电池,而且充电末期电流减小,热失控现象得到改善。
By referring to the domestic and foreign technology and combining with the actual situation of domestic power lead-acid batteries,adding the vanillin as the inhibitor into the lead-acid batteries can improve the negative hydrogen evolution and reduce water loss.Through the two methods of adding vanillin and comparing with the battery without inhibitor,the battery with vanillin is superior to similar batteries in terms of water loss during charging,and the current at the end of charging is reduced,and the thermal runaway phenomenon is improved.
