通过对天然气熔铅锅中铅液温度不均匀,铅渣多,铅锅热效率低,以及内胆变形等异常现象进行分析研究,明确了是内胆结构不合理,燃烧器安装位置出现偏差,导致了炉膛的温度场和速度场无法与内胆相匹配,进而出现异常。对不合理结构进行调整或改进,消除以上缺陷。

Through the analysis and research on the abnormal phenomena and formation reasons such as uneven temperature,low thermal efficiency,large amount of lead slag and deformation of the inner container of the natural gas lead melting pot,it is clear that the unreasonable structure of the inner container and the deviation in the installation position of the burner lead to the failure of matching the temperature field and velocity field of the hearth with the inner container,thus resulting in the occurrence of abnormalities.The above defects can be eliminated by adjusting or improving the unreasonable structure.
