摘要
为研究圆不锈钢管再生混凝土黏结性能,考虑再生粗骨料取代率不同设计了5个圆不锈钢管再生混凝土试件进行往复推出试验。根据试件破坏现象、黏结强度-滑移量曲线及荷载-钢管应变曲线等,分析试件黏结界面处的传力机制、黏结破坏类型、极限黏结强度及对应的滑移量。研究表明:黏结强度-滑移量曲线呈三段式分布,反复加载对黏结强度影响较大,黏结强度随再生粗骨料取代率的提高而逐渐降低。通过回归分析提出考虑再生粗骨料取代率、混凝土强度两个参数的黏结强度实用计算公式。
In order to study bond behavior of recycled concrete filled circular stainless steel tube(RCFST),a total of 5 RCFST specimens were designed for cyclic push-out test,considering the different replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA).The failure phenomena of the specimens,the bond strength-slip curves and the load-steel tube strain curves were obtained through the test.The force transfer mechanism,the type of bond failure,the ultimate bond strength and the corresponding slip were analyzed then.The results show that the bond strength-slip curves demonstrate a three-stage distribution,the bond strength is severely affected under cyclic loading,and the bond strength decreases with the increase of RCA replacement rate.The practical calculation formula of bond strength is put forward by regression analysis,which considers the two parameters of replacement rate of RCA and concrete cube compressive strength.
