摘要
以2.2kW通用三相异步电动机为主要研究对象,通过有限元软件ANSYS下Workbench平台创建三相异步电动机稳态温度场模型,对其额定情况下稳态温度场开展深入研究分析,得出定子绕组区域温度分布情况,以便全面的掌握设备日常运作时的温度场分布状况,进而明确了B法效率测试时绕组温度测试方法(热电偶测量的布置方案)。
Taking a 2.2 kW commonly-used three-phase induction motor as the major research object,the steady-state temperature field model of three-phase induction motor is established through the Workbench platform of finite-element software ANSYS,and the temperature distribution of stator windings region is obtained by intensive research and analysis of the steady-state temperature field under its rated condition.Thus,the temperature field distribution of the equipment during daily operation is comprehensively grasped,and then the windings temperature test method(arrangement plan of thermocouple measurement)when adopting efficiency test method B is determined.
