基于数据分析的三相异步电动机型式试验分析系统设计

摘要 型式试验是设备出厂前必须经过的测试环节,但采用传统分析系统存在分析结果不精准问题,为了解决传统系统存在的问题,提出了基于数据分析的三相异步电动机型式试验分析系统设计。根据系统总体组成架构,设计试验电源系统和监控保护单元,将所有相关内容都显示在触摸屏上。设计软件流程,分析整个控制程序,通过堵转试验、空载试验、负载试验和T-n试验,提高控制器力矩控制精度,具有很好实用效果。 The type test is an essential test link of the equipment before delivery.However,the analysis results obtained by the traditional analysis system are not accurate.In order to solve the problems in traditional system,the design for type test analysis system of three-phase induction motor based on data analysis is proposed.According to the overall structure of the system,the test power supply system and the monitoring and protection unit are designed,and all relevant contents are displayed on the touch screen.The software flow is designed and the whole control program is analyzed.The torque control accuracy of the controller is improved through the locked-rotor test,no-load test,load test and T-n test.It has excellent practical effect.
