舞蹈作品是我国著作权法中规定的作品类型之一,在新媒体时代,舞蹈作品侵权呈现广泛性、随时性、多样性、取证难、维权难等特征,司法审判也缺乏统一标准。舞蹈作品版权的保护是当前法律界与舞蹈界的一大难题,将区块链技术应用于舞蹈作品版权保护,可以有效治理舞蹈作品版权侵权行为,激发舞蹈作品创作热情,促进我国舞蹈艺术的发展。

Dance works are one of the important objects of copyright in China’s copyright law.In the era of new media,dance works infringement are characterized by universality,timeliness,diversity,difficulty in obtaining evidence and safeguarding rights,and lack of uniform standards in judicial trials.The protection of dance works copyright is a major problem in the current legal and dance circles.The application of block chain technology to dance works copyright protection can effectively control dance works copyright infringement,stimulate the enthusiasm of dance works creation and promote the development and prosperity of Chinese dance art.
