关节腔内注射几丁糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析关节腔内注射几丁糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法 56例轻中度KOA患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。观察组采用关节腔内注射几丁糖治疗,对照组采用口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm评分,以及治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后6周、12周两组患者的VAS评分均明显低于治疗前,Lysholm评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);并且,观察组患者治疗后各时间点的VAS评分明显低于对照组,Lysholm评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后12周,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(96.43%vs 71.43%,P<0.05)。结论关节腔内注射几丁糖治疗KOA可有效缓解患者膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,临床疗效可靠。 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of intra-articular injection of chitosan in treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods 56 patients with mild to moderate KOA were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=28). The patients in observation group were treated with intra-articular injection of chitosan;the patients in control group were given glucosamine sulfate orally. The VAS score and Lysholm score before and after treatment, as well as the clinical effects after treatment of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results After 6 weeks’ and 12 weeks’ treatment, VAS score of patients in 2 groups were significantly lower and Lysholm score were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). Also, the VAS score of patients in observation group were significantly lower, Lysholm score were significantly higher than control group at each time point after treatment(P<0.05). 12 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(96.43% vs 71.43%, P<0.05). Conclusion Intraarticular injection of chitosan in treatment of KOA can effectively relieve knee pain and improve the function of knee joint, the clinical effect is reliable.
