随着中国社会经济的发展,企业之间的竞争日益激烈,库存作为贸易企业日常管理的重要部分,对于提升企业的竞争力和实现企业持续发展的战略发挥着越来越重要的作用。根据ABC分类法在库存管理中的应用,以A公司为研究对象,运用ABC分类法对库存进行分类,针对不同库存制定相应的控制策略,优化方案的应用,以解决公司在库存控制方面的问题。

With the development of China’s social economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.As an important part of the daily management of trading companies,inventory plays an increasingly important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and achieving the strategy of sustainable development of enterprises.According to the application of ABC classification in inventory management,this article takes company A as the research object,uses ABC classification to classify inventory,formulates corresponding control strategies for different inventories,and optimizes the application of solutions,which will solve the company’s inventory control problem.
