区域众创空间运营绩效与发展研究——基于无锡地区联合办公型众创空间的调研

Research on performance and development of regional hackerspace——Based on the investigation of the co-working type hackerspace in Wuxi area

共享经济与网络技术的快速发展使得人们的生活和工作方式都发生了巨大的改变,"大众创业、万众创新"进一步激发了我国经济发展的新活力,联合办公空间也正在进行着创新的发展。通过对无锡联合办工行业的发展状况进行分析,发现联合办公空间发展依旧呈现增长态势,但过快的发展也暴露出联合办公空间在运营方面的诸多问题,文章以无锡8家联合办公型众创空间为研究对象,根据其运营现状进行分析,并提出针对性的优化对策。

The rapid development of the sharing economy and network technology has caused tremendous changes in people’s lives and working manner,"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"has further stimulated the new vitality of my country’s economic development,and the joint office space is also undergoing the development of innovation.By analyzing the development status of the joint office industry in Wuxi,it is found that the development of joint office space is still showing a growth trend,but the rapid development has also exposed many problems in the operation of the joint office space.This article takes 8 co-working crowd-creating spaces in Wuxi as the research object,analyzes it according to its operating status,and proposes targeted optimization strategies.
