安徽省农村金融精准扶贫现状及对策

Current situation and countermeasures of precision poverty alleviation in rural finance of Anhui province

自"精准扶贫"概念提出到实施,全国脱贫成效显著。但是,贯彻落实党中央的精准扶贫政策仍存在诸多困境或难题,需要进一步创新扶贫机制,完善精准扶贫政策。文章通过对安徽省农村金融精准扶贫现状分析,提出了开展金融精准扶贫下乡宣传活动、做好金融精准扶贫数据管理工作、创新发展可持续产业、明确金融扶贫支持的精准目标以及完善金融精准扶贫工作机制五点解决策略,以利于安徽省脱贫工作的进一步开展。

Since the "Targeted Poverty Alleviation" was proposed and implemented,remarkable results have been achieved in poverty alleviation.However,there are still many difficulties or problems in implementing the targeted poverty alleviation policy of the Party Central Committee.It is necessary to further innovate the poverty alleviation mechanism and improve the targeted poverty alleviation policy.Through the analysis of current situation of rural financial precision for poverty alleviation in Anhui province,this paper proposes five solutions that carry out financial precision countryside campaign,do a good job in data management of financial targeted poverty alleviation,innovation and development of sustainable enterprise,clear the precise target of financial support for poverty alleviation,and improve financial precision poverty alleviation mechanism,so as to promote the further development of poverty alleviation in Anhui province.
