摘要
财务共享服务中心运营管理的水平决定着集团公司上线财务共享的成败。通过分析A集团财务共享服务中心上线运营初期面临的人员、系统、职责界面等三方面问题,总结该财务共享服务中心在人力资源配置与考核、保障系统稳定与有效、职责界面管理与切分等三方面的应对策略,希望对正在实施和即将采用财务共享服务模式的企业解决类似问题提供参考。
The level of operation and management of financial shared service center determines the success or failure of one group company’s financial sharing.By analyzing the three problems of personnel,information system and responsibility interface faced by the Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC) of group A,this paper summarizes the response strategies of the FSSC in the following three aspects:first,human resource allocation and assessment,second,ensuring the stability and effectiveness of system,third,responsibility interface management and segmentation.It hopes to solve the problems for the enterprises that are implementing and are about to adopt the FSSC mode,or reference for the similar problems.
