我国垃圾分类之环境激励与完善机制研究

Research on environmental encouragement and improvement mechanism of garbage classification in China

垃圾分类是环境保护的重要一环,但从试点来看,这一制度的实施并不尽如人意,在垃圾分类工作的推进和完善方面,还需进一步研究。环境激励的目标在于促进环境法律的实施,将此理论引入垃圾分类工作,对于促进垃圾分类法规的良好实施具有重要的作用。文章从我国垃圾分类实施困境入手,分析其原因以及激励措施不足的现状,并尝试将环境激励机制引入垃圾分类管理工作中,为促进垃圾分类的实施提供完善建议。

Garbage classification is an important part of environmental protection,but from a pilot point of view,the implementation of this system is not satisfactory,and further research is needed on the promotion and improvement of garbage classification.The goal of environmental incentives is to promote the implementation of environmental laws.Introducing this theory into the waste classification work has an important role in promoting the good implementation of waste classification regulations.This article starts with the plight of the implementation of garbage classification in China,analyzes its causes and the current situation of insufficient incentive measures,and attempts to introduce environmental incentive mechanisms into the management of garbage classification to provide comprehensive suggestions for promoting the implementation of garbage classification.
