Interpretation of the Technical Guide for Environmental Supervision In the Process of Contaminated Sites Remediation

污染地块修复工程环境监理在污染土壤环境治理和修复过程中,起着监督管理的作用,可用于监督指导修复工程施工单位全面落实修复工程项目中各项环境保护措施。2019年12月,我国首个针对污染地块修复工程环境监理的团体标准《污染地块修复工程环境监理技术指南》(T/CAEPI 22—2019)正式发布。文章针对新发布的团体标准,详细解读了标准制定的背景、意义与作用,重点分析了标准的主要技术内容,以期对该标准的理解、应用与推广起到积极的推动作用。

Environmental supervision in the process of contaminated sites remediation plays a supervisory and management role in the process of treating and remediating contaminated soil environment.It can be used to supervise and guide the remediation project construction institutions to fully implement various environmental protection measures in remediation projects.In December 2019,the Technical Guide for Environmental Supervision In the Process of Contaminated Sites Remediation(T/CAEPI 22—2019),China's first group standard for environmental supervision in the process of contaminated sites remediation,was officially released.Aiming at the newly released group standard,this paper explained the background,significance and functions of the standard formulation in detail,and emphatically analyzed the main technical content of the standard,so as to play a positive role in promoting the understanding,application and promotion of the standard.
