摘要
为研究路面实际工作温度及沥青种类的选用对沥青混合料路用性能的影响规律,文章选取常用级配(SUP-13、SUP-20、SUP-25)沥青混合料研究路面实际工作温度及沥青种类对不同SUP级配沥青混合料路用性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:使用SBS改性沥青代替其他基质沥青可以大幅度提高沥青混合料的耐高温、耐低温性能,但在非严苛的温度下,SBS沥青与其他基质沥青的使用效果并没有特别大差距,甚至在某些温度下使用适宜的基质沥青可以达到与使用SBS沥青类似的效果。在夏季路面工作温度不是特别高的区域及路面结构层,使用30号沥青或其他低标号的沥青代替SBS改性沥青可以获得相当的路面抗车辙性能;在冬季路面工作温度不是特别低的区域及路面结构层,使用70号沥青或其他高标号的沥青代替SBS改性沥青可以获得相当的路面低温抗裂性能。而且,还会产生较高的经济效益。
In order to study the influence of the actual working temperature of pavement and the selection of asphalt types on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture,in this paper the commonly used gradations SUP-13,SUP-20 and SUP-25 are chosen to study the influence of actual working temperature and asphalt types on the pavement performance of different SUP graded asphalt mixtures.The results show that the use of SBS modified asphalt instead of other base asphalt can greatly improve the high temperature and low temperature resistance of asphalt mixtures,but at non-harsh temperatures,the difference between SBS modified asphalt and other base asphalt is not particularly large,even at some temperatures,the use of suitable base asphalt can reach the similar effect with that to use SBS asphalt.In summer,the pavement working temperature is not particularly high in areas and pavement structure layer,using 30#asphalt or other low-grade asphalt instead of SBS modified asphalt can obtain considerable pavement rutting resistance;in winter,pavement working temperature is not particularly low in areas and pavement structure layer,using 70#asphalt or other high-grade asphalt replacing the SBS modified asphalt can obtain considerable pavement crack resistance at low temperature,and further can produce higher economic benefits.
