改性沥青混合料拌和压实温度确定方法 被引量:1

Determination of the Mixing and Compaction Temperature of Modified-asphalt Mixture

摘要 通过简易的沥青混合料和易性试验提出了用于确定改性沥青混合料拌和压实温度的"扭矩温度曲线"试验流程,并采用马歇尔击实试验、路用性能试验进行了验证。试验结果表明,扭矩与温度具有良好的线性拟合关系,采用"扭矩温度曲线"可以快速确定改性沥青混合料的拌和压实温度,且试验结果合理可靠,符合工程实践经验。不过,对于适宜沥青混合料拌和压实温度的扭矩范围,仍需针对不同品种沥青、不同种类集料、不同类型级配的混合料做进一步验证,以便经统计分析确定一个能够广泛适应各种沥青混合料的扭矩范围标准,从而使"扭矩温度曲线"具有更普遍的适用性。 The torque-temperature curve method for determining the mixing and compaction temperature of modified asphalt mixture is proposed through the workability test,and it is verified by Marshall compaction test and pavement performance test.The test results show that there is a good linear relationship between torque and temperature,and the torque temperature curve could be used to determine the mixing and compaction temperature of modified asphalt mixture quickly.The test results are reasonable and reliable and are in line with the project experience.However,it is still necessary to make further verification for different kinds of asphalt,different kinds of aggregate and different gradations of asphalt mixture,so as to determine a torque range standard that can widely adapt to various asphalt mixtures through statistical analysis.
