摘要
肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)对于结核病的发生和控制是至关重要的。斑马鱼-海分枝杆菌模型是结核研究中应用的越来越多的模型,该模型能够帮助我们探讨TNF与巨噬细胞、肉芽肿、分枝杆菌三者之间的关系,更好地了解影响TNF生成的相关因素和其在结核病程中所发挥的作用。
Tumor necrosis factor( TNF) is essential for the development and control of tuberculosis. The zebrafishmarine mycobacterium model is one of a growing number of models currently used in tuberculosis research. This model can help us to explore the relationship between TNF and macrophages,granuloma,or mycobacterium,so as to better understand the relevant factors affecting TNF production and the role of TNF in the course of tuberculosis.
