玉米须多糖超滤制备工艺及成分分析 被引量:7

Ultrafiltration Technology and Composition Analysis of Corn Silk Polysaccharide

摘要 采用超滤法提取玉米须多糖,分析了超滤压力、补水方式和补水量对玉米须多糖提取率的影响,并分析了超滤过程中电导率的变化,比较了超滤多糖和醇沉多糖的成分差异。结果显示,超滤法可以用于提取玉米须多糖,超滤多糖和醇沉多糖中多糖组分差异不大,只是超滤多糖含有更多的蛋白质和较少的矿物质元素;3个实验因素中只有超滤补水量对提取率影响比较大,适合的超滤提取工艺为:超滤压力0.1 MPa,运用间歇补水方式,每次补水5 L,总补水量为25 L。超滤过程中电导率变化显示,超滤补水的前15 L是小分子物质主要分离阶段,补水25 L时只有极少量小分子物质流出,是合适的超滤终点。 The polysaccharide was isolated by ultrafiltration method from corn silk.The effects of ultrafiltration pressure,water supplement method and total amount of water supplement on the extraction rate of corn silk polysaccharide were analyzed.The changing of conductivity during ultrafiltration was analyzed and the composition differences of ultrafiltration polysaccharide and ethanol precipitation polysaccharide were compared.The results showed that ultrafiltration method was suitable for extraction of polysaccharide from corn silk.There is no significant difference between the components of polysaccharide by ultrafiltration and alcohol precipitation,but the ultrafiltration polysaccharide contains more protein and less mineral elements.Among the three experimental factors,only the total amount of supplement water had a great influence on the extraction rate.The suitable ultrafiltration conditions were that the press was 0.1 MPa,the supplement water each time was 5 L with the method of intermittent water supplement and the total amount of water was 25 L.The changing trend of conductivity indicated that the isolation mainly occurred among the first 15 L supplement water.When the amount of supplement water was 25 L,very little small molecules isolated indicating that it was the end of ultrafiltration.
