摘要
辣木是药食两用的植物,其叶子中富含的蛋白质、氨基酸、总黄酮及多酚类、多糖类物质均具有较高的开发利用价值,将对辣木叶中有效成分的提取工艺、生理功能、毒性研究现状、辣木叶相关产品的开发利用进行综述,并对今后辣木叶重点研究方向进行展望。
Moringa oleifera is a dual-purpose plant for medicine and food.Their leaves are rich in protein,amino acid,total flavonoids,polyphenols and polysaccharides,which have high value for development and utilization.In this paper,the active constituents and the extraction process in Moringa leaves,and the physiological functions,toxicity research status,development and utilization of Moringa leaf related products were reviewed,and the main research directions of Moringa oleifera leaves in the future were reviewed and prospected.
