应用关联规则和熵聚法研究林毅教授治疗乳癖的用药规律

Study on the Medication Law in Treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia(MGH)by Professor Lin Yi Based on Association Rules and Complex System Entropy Cluster

目的总结林毅教授治疗乳癖的用药规律。方法采集并整理林毅教授诊治的乳癖病案,应用中医传承辅助平台V2.5中关联规则和熵聚法方法数据挖掘。结果共收集乳癖病案593例,其中肝郁气滞案242例,痰瘀互结案152例,冲任失调案199例,上述3证病案处方分别涉及中药98味、102味、112味,通过频次分析得到药物四气五味、归经分布,基于关联规则分析处方药对,经聚类分析处方中核心组合。结论林毅教授治疗乳癖病经验为:辨证施治,病证结合,标本兼顾;五脏相关,肝为至要,平衡为宗;知药善用,组方精妙,用药平和。

Objective To summarize the medication law in professor Lin Yi′s treatment of MGH.Methods Collected and sorted out the MGH cases diagnosed and treated by professor Lin,and applied the association rules and complex system entropy cluster method in the“Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)V2.5”for data mining.Results A total of 593 cases of MGH were collected,including 242 cases of liver depression and the qi stagnation syndrome,152 cases of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,199 cases of imbalance of chong and ren meridians syndrome.The above three syndromes′prescriptions involved 98,102 and 112 drugs respectively.The distribution of four natures and five flavors and channel tropism of drugs were obtained through frequency analysis.Based on association rules,the three syndromes′couplet medicines in prescriptions were obtained,and the core combinations of their prescriptions were obtained through the complex system entropy cluster.Conclusion The conclusion shows that Professor Lin′s experience in treating MGH can be summarized as:determining the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs,combining with the disease syndrome,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.Viscera is closely related.Liver is the most important,and achieving balance is the essence.Knowing how to make good use of drugs,the prescriptions are exquisite and the drugs are gentle.
